Is it for you?
DR-HO’S
Ab-Trimmer™ is specially formulated to cleanse and detoxify your
digestive tract. We cleanse the outer surface of our body
everyday, and it is equally important to cleanse and detoxify our
digestive system. Promoting regular bowel movements is essential
to overall good health and well-being. Holistic practitioners
believe that it is essential for everyone to regularly detoxify and
cleanse their digestive system for maintenance of their
health.
Our
bodies are victim to stress, pollution, toxins and unhealthy
diets. Most people are too busy to look after themselves
properly. Juggling time between work, travel and family leaves
little time to prepare and eat healthy all the time. Consumption
of fast food, refined carbohydrates, packaged foods, red meat, alcohol,
soft drinks, junk food, deep fried foods, food containing high level of
sugar, salt and saturated oils. Certain medications, stress,
rushing around, poor bowel habits can impact your overall good health
and well being.
Most
people do not consume enough pure water, fresh fruits and green leafy
vegetables on a daily basis. Occasional constipation and poor
diets work impacts our overall health and well-being and taxes our
immune system. Lack of daily regular bowel movements can make you feel
bloated and uncomfortable.
If
you are having less than one bowel movement a day, you should consider
having your digestive system detoxified and cleansed. Many
holistic practitioners believe that, every time you eat a full meal,
the new bolus of food in your intestine should stimulate a bowel
movement shortly after the meal to eliminate fecal matters. That
means you should be having 2 to 3 bowel movements everyday for optimal
health. If you are having less than one healthy bowel movement a
day, you should get on a program that promotes at least one bowel
movement per day. This standard of measurement for regularity is
for everyone, regardless of your age or culture. If you are not
having daily regular bowel movements, you're not promoting optimal good
health.
The DR-HO’S
Ab-Trimmer™ is a complete, all natural digestive detoxification and
cleansing system. It contains three special formulas working in
harmony. The Detoxifier, Cleanser and Sereni-Tea work together in
harmony to promote easy, well formed, healthy, daily regular bowel
movements. It helps to empty you of fecal matter and
environmental toxins. DR-HO’S Ab-Trimmer™ works to
promote a cleaner, healthier digestive system and overall better
health. It’s very easy to do. It only takes 15 minutes a day and
it’s hassle free. With DR-HO’S Ab-Trimmer™ system,
you don’t need to be on any restricted diet and no fasting. The
all natural formula works quickly to promote regularity and healthier
digestive function. Try our 30 day program, within the first 2 weeks,
you will feel and function better.
How often should you detoxify and cleanse your digestive system?
If you have never done an effective digestive detoxification and cleansing in the past, we recommend that you use the DR-HO’S
Ab-Trimmer™ System for 2 to 3 months continuously. This will
cleanse and detoxify your digestive system while allowing you to
develop good dietary and daily regular bowel habits. Once
you have developed good dietary habits and are having daily regular
bowel movements, you will have less craving for junk food and will
naturally select healthier food. With sensible eating, you should
be able to maintain regularity.
After the 3 months of initial digestive cleansing and detoxification, we highly recommend that you use DR-HO’S® Ab-Trimmer™ to continue to cleanse and detoxify your digestive system on a daily basis.
With
our modern lifestyle, it is almost impossible to consume healthy food
and drinks all the time. With the environmental toxins in the
food, water, air and in our home, our body's detoxification process
needs help to detoxify the environment al toxins we encounter
everyday. We shower and bath our outer body daily, we brush our
teeth daily, we change the oil and filter in our car regularly, and we
clean our car and our home daily. Think what your dirty dishes
would look like in a few days if you do not clean them after a
meal. Think about what you are putting into your body everyday,
your digestive system is working very hard digesting, absorbing and
eliminating. That is why it is important to support your body's
natural detoxification process. Keeping your intestines and colon
clean is one of the most important daily routines for maintaining
health; it’s your healthy choice.

How our digestive system works
The Importance of your Digestive System
The Digestive System:
Our Digestive System starts to work from the instant we put food into
our mouth and ends when we have a bowel movement. The Digestive
system works to break down the food we eat, absorb the nutrients and
fluid into our body, and then excretes the unwanted waste material to
prevent any toxic build up. The ability to excrete waste every day is
just as important as the ability to absorb nutrients. Without
daily bowel movement, our digestive system becomes congested with toxic
fecal matter, we may experience occasional gas, bloating, bad breath,
constipation, . In other words, we are not promoting optimal
digestive health
(1) How the Body Digest Food:
Step 1:
We chew our food using our teeth and our tongues to breakdown the food
into a bolus. The salivary glands provide saliva, which assists
in the breakdown of the food in order to be swallowed.
Step 2:
The bolus is swallowed and travels through the esophagus. The
muscles in the esophagus automatically contract and relax to propel the
bolus towards the stomach.
Step 3: Once
the food bolus reaches the stomach, it is saturated with the stomach
acids while it is churned by the stomach’s muscular walls. The
churning and saturation of stomach acids is to further breakdown the
bolus. The stomach is protected by a mucus lining that prevents
the acids from burning a hole in your stomach.
Step 4: After
the bolus has been transformed into a thick liquid in the stomach, it
is moved through the small intestine. The small intestine is a 20
foot long tubular muscle that is responsible for the final breakdown of
the food and the absorption of the nutrients. The function of the small
intestine is imperative as nutrient absorption only takes place in this
area. So, it is important for the small intestine to performing
optimally to absorb the nutrients from our food . nutrients will
not be absorbed. Lack of daily regular bowel movement can cause
build up of fecal matter s in the small intestine.
Step 5: The
food bolus is moved through the small intestine by peristalsis, which
contract and relax the intestinal muscles to push the bolus
through. The small intestine also secretes digestive enzymes to
assist in the digestion of the bolus. The walls of the small
intestines are lined with millions of hair like projections called
villi. The villi absorb the usable nutrients from the broken down
bolus into the bloodstream for the body to use. This process is
completed many times until the bolus has moved through the entire small
intestine and exits to the large intestine. When your digestive
system is working optimally, you have daily bowel movements, you have
optimal absorption of nutrients , less gas and bloating and you are
optimizing your overall health.
Step 6: After
the absorption of nutrients is complete in the small intestine, the
non-useful parts of the food and the fluid in the bolus move into the
large intestines. The large intestine absorbs water and salts,
the remains becomes the fecal matter which is stored in the rectum and
is eliminated through the anus during a bowel movement.
There
are numerous reasons why our digestive system may not work as optimally
as it could. The most common reasons are poor diet, stress, and
insufficient water intake,
Poor Diet
Poor diet is by far the number one reason why people experience
occasional Constipation, Indigestion, Heartburn, and Bloating.
The average modern day diet does not have sufficient amounts of fruits,
green leafy vegetables and fiber. Most modern diets contain too
much refined carbohydrates as well as refined and processed
foods. The body has an extremely difficult time breaking down and
digesting foods with a high concentration of starch such as fast food,
pizza, bread, cereal, pasta and processed potatoes. When food is
not properly digested, it can be more difficult to eliminate.
Hardened stool makes it extremely difficult for the intestines to
contract which can cause occasional constipation and/or diarrhea.
A
poor diet can lead to food not digesting properly and creating
occasional constipation. If you are not experiencing at least one
bowel movement a day there is a good chance that you are not getting
enough fiber in your diet. It may also cause occasional gas and
bloating which can leave you experiencing discomfort and lack of
energy.
To improve
the health of your digestive system and your overall health, it is
essential to consume a sufficient amount of daily fresh fruits, green
leafy vegetables, water and fiber to help with cleansing the digestive
system and to improve the frequency and quality of your bowel
movements. In addition to improving your diet, using the DR-HO’S®
Ab-Trimmer™ digestive detoxification and cleansing system will greatly
help to promote a healthier digestive system and an improvement with
your overall health.
Stress
Many changes occur when the body is under a state of stress.
Heart rate is increased, muscles are tensed and the digestive system
works less efficiently. During times of stress the body enters a
“Flight or Fight” stage. The body diverts energy away from the
digestive areas during stress.
With
modern lifestyle, people are always rushing around and often avoiding
nature’s call for a bowel movement. Most people do not make a
habit of training themselves to having daily regular bowel
movements. These poor bowel habits can lead to occasional
constipation.
The Sereni-Tea™ in the DR-HO’S®
Ab-Trimmer™ system contains Chamomile and 10 other natural herbs which
are outstanding natural supplements. Sereni-Tea™ will assist in
digesting your dinner, promote regularity, relax your mind and body to
provide a better overall energy level and have an improved, peaceful
sleep.
Lack of Water Intake
“In the human body, water is essentially the most crucial element in
maintaining health and vitality.” The human body requires
adequate hydration for the bodies’ biochemical reactions to function at
an optimal level. Without 8 - 10 glasses of water a day, your
body cannot digest food properly, resulting in poor absorption of
nutrients, poor breakdown of foods and an accumulation of built up
fecal matter. This build up of fecal matter prevents regular
bowel movements, and increases the amount of toxins stored in your
system. Dehydration
also slows down your metabolism, and it can lead to sugar cravings and
fatigue. By drinking the appropriate amount of water, your body
can lubricate the digestive tract, initiate dissolvability, and
effectively cleanse and flush the digestive system leading to a
healthier, more energetic body. Remember, without water, your
body cannot cleanse itself.
The benefits of optimal digestion and regularity
From
the air we breathe to the food we eat, we are bombarded with
environmental toxins. It is important to help our body eliminate
these toxins on a daily basis. Occasional constipation, bloating,
and non-regularity are signs that your body may not be efficiently
eliminating these toxins. By not having at least one bowel
movement the fecal matter in our body is not being eliminated.
The sooner you address your digestive health and promote regular
bowel movements, the healthier your digestive system and overall health
will be.

Note:
The following are functional digestive s indicating an unhealthy
digestive system. Anyone with functional digestive problems
should select healthy diet, develop healthy eating and other lifestyle
habits and cleanse their digestive system.
Occasional Heartburn and Indigestion
Occasional Heartburn is caused by irritation of the esophageal lining
by stomach acid reflux. With healthy digestive function, food
moves in one direction only, it enters from the esophagus to the
stomach. With occasional heartburn, the content of the
stomach sometimes goes in the reverse direction, it moves from the
stomach up to the esophagus. Since the stomach content is very
acidic, it irritates the lining of the esophagus. Daily regular bowel
movement, helps reduce the occurrence of occasional heartburn. Stress,
overeating, caffeine, alcohol, strong spices are also aggravating
factors.
Solutions. While it is important to avoid food and drinks that are hard
for you to digest, the best way to avoid occasional heartburn and
indigestion is to promote healthier digestive function. You can
promote a healthier digestive system by detoxifying and cleansing the
digestive system to promote healthy daily regular bowel movement.
With regular bowel movement, food will move in the right direction and
occasional heartburn can be alleviated.
When eating, don’t rush, chew your food slowly and thoroughly to help
with digestion and absorption. Eat more complex carbohydrates like
green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Slightly cooked, green leafy
vegetables and other complex carbohydrates should make up most of your
meal, lean meat and fish should make up about 20 to 30 percent of your
meal. Fatty meat should not make up most of your meal.
Avoid or at least minimize refined foods, deep fried food, food
containing high level of animal fats, sugar, salt and artificial
ingredients. Drink water, tea, coffee and avoid soft drinks and
alcohol. Eat on time and eat at the same time for every meal
everyday. Avoid overeating and go for a walk after meal to help
with the movement of the food downwards.
Try DR-HO’S Sereni-Tea after dinner to promote better digestion and
regularity. The Sereni-Tea also contains chamomile and other
natural herbal ingredients for relaxing the body and the mind for a
more peaceful sleep.
Try these healthy eating and lifestyle habits along with better food

digestion and absorption. Eat a lot more complex carbohydrates like
green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Slightly cooked, green leafy

with the movement of the food downwards.
Try DR-HO’S Sereni-Tea after meal for better digestion and to promote

at one time or another. Occasional cramping can be uncomfortable
and disturbing. Cramping, is generally associated with occasional
constipation and irregularity, and can be relieved by passing gas or
having a bowel movement. Some other causes may include:

Occasional Gas
Everyone
has gas. We eliminate gas by belching or passing it through the
rectum. It is normal for the average person to pass gas about 14
times a day and less than 1% of it smells. Usually belching is
caused by swallowing air, chewing gum, or by consuming carbonated
drinks such as coke. However, flatulence which is passed through
the rectum is caused by enzymes in the large intestines that breakdown
our food. These enzymes expel small amounts of sulfur.
Although having gas is fairly commonplace it can be discomforting for
those who occasionally have excessive gas.
Solution:
The best way reduce formation and excessive passing of gas is to
promote healthier digestive function. You can promote a healthier
digestive system by detoxifying and cleansing the digestive system to
promote healthy daily regular bowel movement. Having regular
bowel movement to remove old waste on a daily basis is the key to
preventing formation of gas Passing gas is normal and you’re not
going to eliminate all gas in your system. DR-HO’S®
Ab-Trimmer™ system will help to significantly reduce the amount gas you
experience on a daily basis; more importantly, the gas from a clean
healthy digestive system will have a lot less foul odor.

optimal digestive health, you should have at least 1 healthy, soft,
well formed, easy bowel movement a day. If you occasionally have
less than one per day, you may be considered to have occasional
irregularity or constipation Constipated stools usually appear hard,
dry, small in size and also difficult to eliminate. Occasional
Constipation and irregularity means old fecal matter cannot be
eliminated from your digestive system. This may cause occasional gas,
cramps, bloating and low energy. In other words, the digestive
system is not performing at its peak ability
Occasional
Constipation and irregularity is one of the most common
gastrointestinal complaints in the USA, effecting millions of people.

is mainly related to poor diets and less than healthy lifestyles.

Solution:

of occasional constipation and irregularity is to promote healthier
digestive function. You can promote a healthier digestive system
by detoxifying and cleansing the digestive system to promote healthy
daily regular bowel movement. If you have occasional
constipation, start using DR-HO’SAb-Trimmer™ Digestive

glasses of room temperature water, hot tea or coffee is fine, hot soup,
wholesome rice, pasta, fresh fruits, lean meat, fish, legumes and a
variety of other vegetables such as tomatoes, carrots, celery, etc.

everyday. About 10 to 15 minutes after you’ve eaten, try to have
a bowel movement even if you don’t have the urge to go. This
routine can help to train your digestive tract to move more regularly
over time. Be patience, after several weeks of this “toilet
training” routine, your system will respond like it should after a meal.

Increased Weight Gain
There are 3 basic non-medical causes of weight gain:
- A
diet high in fat, meat, fast food, refined foods, condensed food, junk
food, deep fried food, food with high concentration of sugar can all
contribute to intake of high calories.
- Inadequate amount of physical activities to burn off the daily intake of excess calories.
- Occasional Irregularity causing old fecal matter to stay in your gut, may contribute to your overall weight.
Due
to high caloric foods in diet, increased weight gain and obesity has
become a problem in North America and other developed countries.
Obesity is a modern day disease. Poor digestive cycles along with
irregular bowel movements are contributing factors to increased weight
gain. In normal physiology, the digestive system empties itself
by having a regular bowel movement after each meal. If you are
not having a regular bowel movement after each meal, fecal matter may
be contributing to a slight increase in your weight.
Solution: You can help manage your weight going forward by:
- Selecting to consume only healthy foods and drinks all the time.
- Increase
your physical activities throughout the day which ever way you can and
also implement a time for more intense daily exercise.
- Use DR-HO’S
Ab-Trimmer™ Detoxification and Cleansing system regularly to cleanse
your bowel of old waste and promote healthy daily bowel movement.

- Physical ailments.
- Occasional Irregularity
Solution To improve your daily energy you should:
- Selecting to consume only healthy foods and drinks all the time.
