A.Product orders generally ship within 4 to 6 weeks of order confirmation and payment approval. We will notify you if we anticipate any delays in shipment or require additional information from you.

Once your product has been accepted by our returns department (per the terms of our return authorization), you will be credited the full purchase price (plus applicable sales tax) of your product return, less shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for shipping your product to our returns department.
